UI/UX Designer - 5 years experience

With immediate effect we are looking for a:

UI/UX Designer  

Your tasks :

• Collaboration with stakeholders to identify, analyze and define the target audience, their needs and the requirements of the dashboard or online application.

•  Design of complex interactive systems providing interfaces user-friendly, intuitive, interactive and aesthetic for an optimal user experience.

• Development of design specifications for content and functionalities to be achieved, integrating and taking into account the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

• Structuring and organization of the information architecture to ensure user-friendliness and intuitive navigation.

• Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes to plan and test the layout and user journey.

•  Design of data visualizations in close collaboration with domain experts, with the aim of presenting data and key metrics in a comprehensible way and facilitating their interpretation.

•  Design and implementation of adaptive designs (responsive designs) ensuring optimal appearance and operation on different devices.

•  Close collaboration with frontend and backend developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and deliver the desired user experience.

•  Quality assurance of user interfaces through regular testing and evaluation of prototypes as well as final designs.

•  Guarantee of intuitive integration of multilingualism (German, French English, French and Italian - as needed) in the user interface and content management system.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, especially for dashboards and data-heavy online applications.

• Strong ability to transform complex data into clear, attractive, and usable visual formats.

• Proven experience with usability testing, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.

• Solid communication skills – able to justify design decisions and integrate stakeholder feedback effectively.

• Analytical and creative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is a plus.

• Native French or German speaker, with a B2 level in English (certificate required).
