With immediate effect we are looking for a:

Online Application Maintenance, Support & Operating Services Specialist

Your Tasks:

• Carry out regular security and functionality updates for online applications, ensuring they are running smoothly.

• Correct any errors occurring during the operation of the online application.

• Update online applications to maintain quality, modernity, and security, complying with best practices in data and information security.

• Analyze and optimize loading times and overall application performance throughout its lifecycle.

• Adapt applications when there are modifications to standard components (e.g., operating system, server, or database updates).

• Provide detailed documentation on version changes and generate reports on access, stability, performance, and security.

• Guarantee professional and technical know-how for the employees you support.

• Provide user support in French and German, answering questions and resolving technical issues.

• Monitor and optimize performance continuously, providing and installing patches or workaround solutions as needed.

• Deploy new versions of components (operating system, server, database), ensuring the application stays updated.

• Ensure the backup and restoration process is in place for critical data and applications.

• Operating hours are 365 days a year (excluding maintenance windows), with support available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM & 2 PM – 5 PM.

• Resolution time for issues is handled with the best effort, ensuring quality service for our clients.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintaining, supporting, and operating online applications.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience optimizing application performance.

• Proficiency in French and German, both for technical support and user communication.

• Experience adapting online applications when standard components (OS, server, database) are updated.

• Ability to resolve technical issues and provide quick solutions under time pressure.

• Familiarity with versioning, documentation, and reporting on application performance.

• Strong understanding of monitoring tools and patch management systems.
