With immediate effect we are looking for a
Team Lead QA Compliance & Services – Pharma Industry
Your tasks :
- Supervise and guide the QA Compliance & Services team, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and supplier qualifications to maintain compliance standards.
- Act as the main QA contact for affiliates and lead global quality discussions.
- Manage GMP/GDP Quality Agreements with business partners.
- Handle customer complaints, deviations, and process improvements.
- Provide GxP training and support internal teams on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and optimize the eQMS MasterControl system.
- Promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance within the team.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP/GDP).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, with strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and drive process improvements.
- Fluency in English and German (spoken & written).
